Fish is a great way to get some extra protein in your diet, while keeping your meals low in fat. Fish is easier to cook than many people think and can be prepared in so many delicious ways. My favorite fish is salmon, and I love to play around with different variations of an Asian glaze that I spoon over top of the fish before serving it with rice and veggies.
