If you simply can’t start your day without a cup of coffee, be careful about choosing a blended drink at your favorite coffeehouse. For example, a Tall White Chocolate Mocha at Starbuck’s has 310 calories, and a small Coffee Coolatta with milk from Dunkin’ Donuts has 49 grams of sugar. Yikes!
