When you wake up, a quick bowl of cereal seems like the perfect breakfast option. But if you’re not careful, you could be taking in way more sugar than you think in that bowl of cereal. For example, Kellogg’s Raisin Bran has over 17 grams of sugar a serving and Quaker Low fat Granola has 18 grams of sugar a serving. Yowzah!
