Winter has finally ended and summer is coming closer.   You know what that means…BATHING SUITS!  If you want to slim down and look good for the pool, then you better start eating asparagus!  That’s right- you heard me!  Asparagus is a low calorie vegetable with no cholesterol and low-sodium.  It is also chocked full of vitamins including calcium and vitamin B6.

It will take a couple of months to lose weight, so start eating asparagus now in the spring.  There are many ways to cook it, so try by baking, grilling, and roasting it.  Now that you are salivating, try out these 10 great asparagus recipes below.
