Indian food is so amazingly great and I just love it. I have always wanted to try cooking Indian food, but have found that it is sometimes hard to find the ingredients needed because they are so unique. I did recently find an Indian supermarket (Patel Brothers) that sells all kinds of spices and flavors. I actually did sign-up to win the this Indian Cookbook. I think that now is the time to start making some very refreshing recipes. Indian food is so different from “mainstream” foods and the flavors are all so distinct and yummy. I want other eaters to step out of their food comfort zone and step into the Indian food light!
