Food and Booze – My Weekend Weakness

When the weekend rolls around I feel inclined to let loose a little. I don’t drink like I did in my 20s but I still crave a drink or two on a Friday night. Dinner parties on Saturday or a family get together on Sunday can involve alcohol as well. The challenge is the food and booze combination. When I have had even a small amount of alcohol I tend to loose my observer around food. I offer a few ideas in this video blog of how to interrupt the unhealthy patterns and make better choices when it comes to food and alcohol.
