Gluten: Good Food or Bad Food?

These days, more and more food is being labeled as gluten-free. But what does this mean, and are gluten-free foods better for you than food with gluten? Gluten is simply a protein found in grains, but for many people, such as people with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance, this little protein can cause a lot of problems.
