Healthy Breakfast Options

As someone who doesn’t regularly eat breakfast, I really shouldn’t be writing this post. I do, however, love breakfast foods and eat them throughout the day and night. Breakfast options like eggs and oatmeal lend themselves to healthy eating because they pair so well with veggies and fresh fruit. In addition, they are low in fat and chock-full of nutrients. FaveDiets has many great breakfast and brunch recipes, many of which are quick and easy morning options, while others are great buffet items or entrees at your next brunch gathering.
