This is our fourth and final course in our healthy menu meal planner. And we are at everyone’s favorite course: dessert. Healthy dessert may sound like an oxymoron, but there are many ways to make delicious low-fat, low-calorie desserts. We have a number of delicious recipes, from bluebery cobbler to no-bake pumpkin cake. And while these tantalizing recipes used less sugar or fat products, many of them are still considered indulgences. So treat yourself and create one of these delicious desserts tonight, just remember to keep your portions small so you don’t ruin your diet!
