In our second installment of our healthy menu meal planner we are going to be providing a collection of delicious salad recipes. When most people think of healthful eating, they go directly for salads. And because we know eating a lettuce salad with raw veggies can get old, we are here to show you that having a healthy salad can be so much more than that. Some of these salads are packed with Asian veggies, salmon or even tofu. Some of them don’t include lettuce at all! So dig into these delicious salad recipes and find one you love. Play around with proteins and fruits and veggies and create your own unique version.
