Iced Tea: Good Food or Bad Food?

Compared to soda, iced tea is a much healthier way to quench your thirst this Summer. But when trying to cool down, think twice before pouring yourself a tall glass of iced tea. One cup of Nestea lemon iced tea has over 21 grams of sugar, and one can of Lipton Brisk tea has 18 grams of sugar. Yikes!
