Movie Snacks: Good Food or Bad Food?

A night at the movies isn’t complete without a tub of popcorn and a cold drink. But before you rush to the concession stand, consider this: a large popcorn with buttery topping can have over 60 grams of fat and some large sodas have over 130 grams of sugar. Wowzah!

But it doesn’t have to be this way! Have a home movie night and make healthy snacks to enjoy during the movie:
