Our Fave Diet Sites Part 4: Weight Watchers

Okay, I know what you’re thinking. I’m not on Weight Watchers, so why would I go to that website? WRONG! Weight Watchers offers a variety of dieting articles, tips and healthy recipes for anyone who wants follow a nutritious diet.
The website actually has some great tips from how to prepare your favorite ingredient in a healthy way (an artichoke and tuna melt for me) to how to eat out while watching your figure (I’m not sure if I have the willpower to send a bread basket away after one piece, but I’ll work on it).
The site is really well-organized, and I would bet that you could find pretty much anything you’re looking for. It even features some great, low-cal recipes from Splenda and the Incredible Edible Egg. But beware! Too much of a good thing is…not a good thing. Don’t overuse your Splena or any other product Weight Watchers is pushing from their sponsors. Sometimes you just need some traditional fruits or vegetables to get all your nutrients.
Are there any Weight Watchers converts out there??
