School Lunches: Good Food or Bad Food?

As the school year approaches, you may want to reconsider what your child is eating for lunch. If your child will be eating at the school cafeteria, consider this: Just 9 Tater Tots have 7 grams of fat, and canned peaches have over 30 grams of sugar. Yikes!
