I love eating eggs and I never realized one large egg contained roughly 70 percent of my daily cholesterol allowance. I will definitely have to try the homemade egg substitute version you have listed. Also, when I was in Weight Watchers, my WW leader told us that Egg Beaters was a very good egg substitute. I’ve tried it many times and it does taste just like eggs.
