Smoothies are a great way to get fruit and nutrients into your diet. However, when you order a smoothie, don’t think you’re always doing your body well. For example, a 16-ounce Super Yumberry smoothie at Jamba Juice has 48 grams of sugar and a 20-ounce Cranberry Supreme smoothie at Smoothie King has 554 calories. Yowzah!
