What Having a Food Plan Triggers
Posted by Freeman Michaels on June 17th, 2010 at 07:27am
It is important to have a plan for the foods we put into our bodies. I have a group of Weight Release Program participants who are in the 10th week of my 12 week process. Several of them have been “tripping” on the food plan. They did a lot of work preparing to make these changes, but the plan, itself, is triggering a lot of resistance. In this video blog I discuss how planning food choices can, itself, be a trigger.

Hi Freeman, I just watched your video and I’m sending it to my Mom. I think she will benefit from hearing this. I’ve been telling her some of what you said, and I don’t know that she really fully believes me. Plus, I like the way you describe food choices as a way to honor oneself. I think if more people thought of food choices this way, they would be a lot healthier and happier…I think (smile)!?!
Thanks, Stella
